Q: What is compatible toner?

Compatible toner is pretty much the same as the toner that came with your printer. It is sold by aftermarket companies (like ourselves) as an affordable alternative to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), brand name products. How affordable is it? In general, you can easily save 30-60%! And don't worry about quality because our toner meets (and sometimes exceeds) OEM specifications.

Q: What is the difference between a brand new compatible cartridge and a remanufactured compatible cartridge?

Brand new compatible cartridges are exactly that, brand new. They are factory-sealed and have never been used. Re-manufactured cartridges are used cartridges that have been professionally refurbished. In both cases, you get great quality products that are 100% guaranteed to work or your money back.

Q: What kind of guarantee do you provide your customers?

Go to your "My Account" page and look up your order history. You can check the status of your order on that page. If the status is marked "Delivered", it should already be on its way. Check the tracking number for more details!

Q: I need to return a defective product. Who do I send it to?

All orders require one full business day to be processed.

All Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day orders are high priority and will be shipped ASAP.

Q: International Orders

Shipping estimates do NOT include customs and duties fees and taxes. Purchaser is responsible for paying any fees required by their government to receive package(s) from the United States.

We primarily ship through UPS and USPS. We will, at our discretion, choose the best method of delivering your order to you.

If you have a preference, or would like to use your own UPS account, please include this information in the Additional Comments box when checking out.

Q: Returns

If Purchaser determines in its good faith judgment that all or any part of a shipment contains defective goods and notifies the Company of such determination within two weeks of the receipt of the product, the Purchaser shall be obligated to return such goods to within 30 days and may, in its sole discretion, if it determines the goods are defective, replace the goods, repair the goods, or issue a refund. No returns will be accepted without a copy of an Original Invoice Number, Invoice Date and RMA Number. All returns are subject to guarantees.

The cost of returning all rejected goods will be the obligation of the Purchaser. If replaces or makes conforming any rightfully rejected goods, the cost of shipping the new or conforming goods shall be paid by Non-defective items that are returned must be in re-saleable condition and if accepted a 20% restocking fee will apply.
