Q: What is compatible toner?

Compatible toner is pretty much the same as the toner that came with your printer. It is sold by aftermarket companies (like ourselves) as an affordable alternative to OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), brand name products. How affordable is it? In general, you can easily save 30-60%! And don't worry about quality because our toner meets (and sometimes exceeds) OEM specifications.

Q: What is the difference between a brand new compatible cartridge and a remanufactured compatible cartridge?

Brand new compatible cartridges are exactly that, brand new. They are factory-sealed and have never been used. Re-manufactured cartridges are used cartridges that have been professionally refurbished. In both cases, you get great quality products that are 100% guaranteed to work or your money back.

Go to your "My Account" page and look up your order history. You can check the status of your order on that page. If the status is marked "Delivered", it should already be on its way. Check the tracking number for more details!

Q: I need to return a defective product. Who do I send it to?
